Often working with clay, I have experience sculpting small and large objects including masks, puppet heads, and costume props. Depending on the requirements of the project, I will make armatures for the sculpting process and will either create a mold to create multiple casts in resin or thermal plastics, or will cast directly onto the sculpt with paper mache.

I have polycarved small props/set dressings and I have also helped with polycarving a giant prop on a large lathe. 

I have worked with a variety of materials including foam, Plastizote, PVC piping, wood, metal, textiles, cardboard/paper and reclaimed materials. I have experience weaving and working with reed and willow. 

I have experience in designing props in FUSION 360 as well as working with resin 3D printers.
