Knowledge in wet felting both in 2D and 3D wearable objects including masks, hats, scarves, and purses. Also experience in needle felting in fine detail and nuno felting with silk, gauze, and cheese cloth.

Experience in natural and synthetic dye for costume, scenic, prop, and puppet making. Confident in colour matching and costume breakdown. 

Confidence in using an industrial sewing machine and basic hand sewing including mending and embroidery.

Creating, cutting , and construction from pattern cutting for 3D objects including puppetry. 

Working with hat blocks as well as patterns including fascinators and Tudor coronets.

Working with both small and large crochet needles. Experience in textile weaving.
