Virtual Puppetry Residency
In the winter of 2022 I participated in Tom Sarver’s Virtual Puppet Residency. A wonderful experience where I met other puppeteer enthusiasts where we exchanged ideas, suggestions, and stories. I worked on creating a felted mask, a small puppet and maquette that was presented as a short video in progress. The video explores texture, rhythm, and uncanny moments found within the mundane.
